We are looking for a / an Project & Customer Support Engineer to join our Services EMEA team in Spain. Your main tasks and responsibilities :Project planning, execution and follow-up of workshop and field service projects. Project risk analysis with responsibility for its economic outcomeCommunication with the customer. Communication with Sulzer factories and suppliers. Sales back office. Technical support, troubleshooting and data analysis. Technical training to the end user of the equipment. To succeed in this role, you will need :Rigorous, enthusiastic and collaborative person. Good knowledge of mechanics. Knowledge of rotating machines and their operating principles. Communication skills for dialogue with customers, suppliers and other colleagues in the workplace and the Company. Flexibility in high workload situations. Ability to analyse under pressure. Ability to work on site, outside the office, analysing problems in rotating equipment and providing support to the client and the Sales team. Availability to travel to industrial plants in Spain and outside of Spain, as well as to our supplier network's facilities. Advanced management of Office applications. Ability to use 2D and 3D CAD / CAM software like AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Works and / or Catia will be valuable. High level of spoken and written English language.
