Project Director – MadridCLIENTLinum Consult's client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are currently seeking a Project Director to join their team on a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility construction project in Madrid.RESPONSIBILITIESBased on site, you will be managing the main contractors, sub-contractors, designers and cost consultancies. Leading the project management team to ensure that the project cycle is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives Creating an organisation structure to optimise the most efficient use of resources Preparing the budget for your department, and monitoring the financial performance of the project; rectifying any problemsthat arise Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines and budgets.
