The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the execution phase of an IT project from the Open gate till the Closing of the project.
The Project Manager will be required to coordinate, manage, and motivate resources (both external and internal) to ensure project delivery success.
He will manage medium to complex single or multiple projects with numerous resources under their control during the project lifecycle.
They will need to be experienced in cost benefit analysis, budgets, issue, risk, resource, quality and change management.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource, and budget commitments reflected in the Project Management Plan.
Animate and lead the team involved in developing and managing the Project Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by DSS CS Project Manager and Project Sponsor.
Implement and enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Negotiate with functional managers and / or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills to staff the project team.
Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the project team's scope of responsibility.
Continually identify and proactively manage project risks & issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to closure.
Monitor the project and report the project status to the management on a regular basis and in coordination with the PMO requirements Follow Schneider Digital Project methodology including alignment with Agile method for Solution / Application delivery Take initiative to improve project management excellence KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : Legitimacy Knowledge of Schneider Products and solutions Experience running multi-phase small to medium projects across multiple process areas Experience working with on-shore and off-shore resources Project skills Ability to run a project with team members and stakeholders dispersed across several continents Ability to work with maximum autonomy Ability to identify issues / risk, analyze and understand underlying causes and devise appropriate action plans Flexibility and creative problem solving Following project management methodologies using standard tools (MS Project or Similar) Team spirit - Animation Experience & understanding of the complexity of co-working in an global project team Ability to run a project with team members and stakeholders dispersed across several continents Ability to organize and facilitate meetings and workshops Influence and Convince Cooperate and adapt when needed and possible Leadership ability and a good team player and team lead experience Customer Oriented Customer service-oriented mindset Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to multitask, and to work under pressure Delivery oriented Achieve results - Secure Road map commitment Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines Manage the change Drive adoption in strong relationship with Change & Adoption Team Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field Experience in Information Technology Project management experience Experience in international environment Fluent in English Available for travel up to 20%
