.SUCCESSFACTORS EC-ECP PROJECT MANAGERThe Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of one or more country implementation projects eventually part of a large program with responsibility for delivering a defined section within SuccessFactors environment.Your responsibilities :Manages project deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinates project progress with stakeholders and program management.Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas / groups affected by the project,Works closely with Resource Managers to ensure adequate allocation of resources to projects is being managedDevelops and tracks to detailed project plan, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plansMakes project decisions and recommendations to program management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as neededCommunicates and reports status to program management and all other stakeholders e.G., Status Reports, steering input, etc
