Primary Duties Support the Project Management Team in documentation and internal processes. Project documentation Responsible of the timeliness, quality and maintenance of the documentation package (i.e. drawings, specifications, customer requirements, certificates, proof of delivery, reports, technical documents, etc.), according to the instructions given by the PM and customer needs. Being able to do minor modifications in formats, according to needs. Responsible of loading the needed documents on the websites linked to each project. Responsible of keeping the platforms up to date, informing PM when any comment from customer is received. Follow up of H&S documents and access to site for jobs. Project internal processAble to support PM on internal processes, as updating Promised Dates, requesting POs as per PM instructions, sending Proofs of Deliveries etc. Customer relations Being able to speak with customer, asking for clarifications on document requests, format issues or clarification on their website. Frequent interactionProject Managers, OM & Market OPs.Occasional interactionSuppliers and Sub-Contractors, EngineeringKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceGood knowledge of MS Office package, Project & Auto CAD Basic understanding of Project Management process. Listening skills and attention to details and the ability to manage a number of tasks/priorities at any given time. The ability to work under pressure and to agreed timescales. Customer Centric behaviour. Team player, able to effectively communicate with his/her peers and supervisors. Initiative and decision making ability Efficiency, rigor and personal organisation of work, dinamism and enthusiasm Preferebly fluent English speaker / reader.
