Project Manager Assistant (Automotive)

Job Title: ProjectManager Assistant (Automotive)Location: Vigo,SpainPTC Group isrecruiting a Project Manager Assistant for a Tier-1, one of our clients fromthe automotive industry, based in Vigo. They provide clean propulsion andefficient technology solutions for light-, medium- and heavy-duty vehicles aswell as off-highway applications. Their products comprise key technologies forcombustion, hybrid and electric vehicles.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed reports andpresentations outlining implemented improvement actions within theproject.Maintain rigorous tracking ofkey performance indicators (KPIs) for the project, including productionlevels and OEE (Availability, Quality & Performance).Supervise and ensure theexecution and progress of defined action plans using PDCA methodology.Collaborate closely with theproduction and engineering teams to ensure adherence to establisheddeadlines and objectives.Proactively identify andaddress any deviations or issues within the project.Participate in follow-up andcoordination meetings with team members.Requirements:Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relatedfield.Demonstrable experience in asimilar position within the automotive sector, ranging from 2 to 3 years.Valuable experience withmetal subassembly parts (Sheet Metal, Stamping, Machining, etc.).Experience in the automotivesector working with Tier-1 or OEM projects.Languages: Proficiency inEnglish (B2-C1 level).Strong problem-solvingskills, creativity, and a willingness to think outside the box.Ability to efficiently manageand communicate with cross-functional teams.Exceptional verbal andwritten communication skills.Proficiency in negotiation,conflict management, and conflict resolution.Ability to adapt quickly tocustomer requirements and preferences.#J-18808-Ljbffr
