What you will be doing Actualmente, nos encontramos seleccionando un/a: Project Manager, para unirse a nuestro Departamento de Clinical Trials, en Viladecans (Barcelona).
La vacante es por sustitución de una Maternidad, con opción de transformación a indefinido.
Principapes funciones:
- Apoyo inicial en la gestión de ensayos clínicos con promotores o CRO's
- Coordinación interna con Business Development, Dirección Técnica y Supply Chain
- Definición del Acuerdo Técnico y su consecución.
- Comunicación interna de las tareas con Operaciones u otros equipos implicados.
- Registro en los sistemas de gestión de la información requerida para la implementación del proyecto.
- Seguimiento del correcto desarrollo de los procesos con equipo interno.
- Seguimiento con cliente (reuniones, teleconferencias).
- Diseño o rediseño de procedimientos para resolver posibles hándicaps y/o necesidades, y nuevos servicios a lo largo del proyecto.
- Reporting de actividades.
- Comunicación de la destrucción, y gestión y seguimiento del cierre.
- Participación en la coordinación nacional/ internacional en ensayos clínicos.
Conocimientos y experiencia:
- Imprescindible aportar experiencia previa trabajando como Project Manager, al menos 4 años.
- Formación: Ciencias de la Salud, Ingeniería o similares.
- Inglés: Imprescindible nivel alto, se realizará prueba durante el proceso.
- Persona organizada y proactiva. Team player.
- Microsoft Office: Nivel usuario/a.
- Microsoft Project: Nivel usuario/a.
- Usuario/a de sistemas informáticos de gestión.
- Se valorará de forma positiva aportar formación complementaria en el área de Ensayos Clínicos, Good Manufacturing Practices y Good Distribution Practices.
