Job summary The Project Manager will be working closely with the Sales Team and Operations Team to gather projects requirements ( activities, He is also responsible for ensuring all internal and external projects are tracked, managed and implemented in an effective manner, to the required specification and within budget.
Formal project management methodologies are to be utilized as per the IME standards and project matrix.
Your role in our mission :
Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Attending meetings with Business Developers, putting together business cases for the Sales Teams to support their proposals.
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.elopement Managers / Executives and acting as a technical expert.
Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.
Project Planning All documentation as required for the project scale to be created, revised and communicated throughout theteam
Produce all required Project Management documentation
Valued skills and experience :
Graduate calibre At least 3 years Project Management experience in a complex, multi-project environment
Experience of working within different levels within an organisation from Operative to Senior Executive
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Ability to drive the implementation of multiple projects to agreed standards, and implement transition support appropriate IME teams
Excellent Project Management skills including Microsoft Project
