About the Role•Leading and coordinating the project team for a successful project execution, behaving as a role-model for the organization and client.
•Achieving cost, time and quality (URS) according to the order compromised with the customer.
•Managing the order from the moment in which it is issued until installation and acceptance at the customer site (SAT) is completed.
•Developing and executing communication plan inside the company and towards the client. He/She will promote communication regarding project status and priorities inside the organization. The person will become the main contact for the customer and crucial role for fluent and effective communication with all stakeholders including company senior managers and CEO.
•Developing and following up project schedule with the responsibility of effective resources allocation.
•Identifying and developing the project risk plan and consequence mitigation plans, including the technical risks in collaboration with engineering department.
•Monitoring performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource allocation to ensure on-time finalization according to specifications.
Controlling project budgeted costs and ensuring no deviation occurs all along project duration.
What You Need to Be Successful•BEng in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
•At least 5 years of proven working experience in project management in the machinery sector. Sectors like automotive, aeronautics or pharmaceutical are also considered.
•Spanish/Catalan.
•High level of English (French as third language will be a plus).
•Master in Project Management.
•Required PMI certification. PMP, Prince 2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Spring certifications.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
•SAP knowledge will be valuable.
•Experience in third party equipment integration projects.
•Experience in Lean methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
•Previous experience managing projects for USA clients.
