**PROJECT MANAGER**Future Fibres is the market leader in composite rigging products for yachting. As part of theNorth Technology Group, we are at the forefront of technology in the performance marineindustry.We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction andsuccessful operations. The project manager is responsible for receiving and managingorders/projects of technical composite parts from the sales team and ensuring they aredesigned, manufactured, and delivered to the customer on time, in budget, and to the correctquality level through the different departments in the business.**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES- Managing a variety of projects.- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution ofprojects.- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.- Reporting and escalating quality, resource, time, and cost status to management asneeded.- Performing risk management to minimize project risks.- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU- Engineering experience in production, design, or a technical field and/or workingexperience in project management in a technical sector.- Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.- Working knowledge of CAD.- Great interpersonal skills, needing to motivate and maintain relationships in varyingcircumstances.- Independent, pro-active, problem solver, and innovative.- Hands-on experience with composite manufacturing will be valuable.- Ability to balance short term needs with longer term project planning.- Sailor or worked within the marine industry will be a plus.**WHAT WE OFFER**- To develop your career in a leading group in its sector- Permanent contract.- Full time.- Daily learning with the best team in your area.- Possibility of occasional travel (Group Centres / Customer Visits)- Team building activities.- FUTURE FIBRES RIGGING SYSTEMS, S.L. is committed to the development of policies that integrate equal treatmentand opportunities between women and men, and that avoid any type of direct or indirect discrimination based on- sex.
