We are looking for a Project Manager who will assure that the assigned and approved projects are executed according to the established processes, timelines and coordinated among the key stakeholders involved.
Location : This position offers the flexibility to be based in Spain or Italy under the direct report to our Director, Global Product Management Heavy & Superheavy Loader Cranes.
Main tasks and responsibilities Responsible for managing, leading and delivering large and complex projects including multiple product lines. Lead project and functional management teams to achieve project objectives on schedule, quality and on budgetLiaison with Sales in order to transfer proper information to PM and R&D the product specifications so that the functions can formulate the proper offerProject management handling related to the PMO office definition of possible activities (task, assignments, projects)Project Portfolio maintenanceTo provide proper communication on the project development and statusIdentify risks and opportunities along the project development and escalate for proper mitigationIncrease the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes related to the above.What you'll need to succeed Preferred university level in engineering, economics, statistics or similar knowledgeProject management responsibilities and roles in industrial and manufacturing environmentsMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar positionStrategic in approach : understands and addresses inter-dependencies and real issuesClear definition of requirements (tested by real customer requirements) and timetablesExperience managing to deliverables and milestones : on time / within budget / meeting business needsOrganised and efficient in work processesProactive and dynamic approachVery good command of English.You will be part of We offer you a position in a global organisation where you are challenged with interesting and diverse tasks.
