Location : This position offers the flexibility to be based in Spain or Italy under the direct report to our Director, Global Product Management Heavy & Superheavy Loader Cranes. Main tasks and responsibilities Responsible for managing, leading and delivering large and complex projects including multiple product lines. Lead project and functional management teams to achieve project objectives on schedule, quality and on budget Liaison with Sales in order to transfer proper information to PM and R&D the product specifications so that the functions can formulate the proper offer Project management handling related to the PMO office definition of possible activities (task, assignments, projects) Project Portfolio maintenance To provide proper communication on the project development and status Identify risks and opportunities along the project development and escalate for proper mitigation Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes related to the above. What you'll need to succeed Preferred university level in engineering, economics, statistics or similar knowledge Project management responsibilities and roles in industrial and manufacturing environments Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Strategic in approach : understands and addresses inter-dependencies and real issues Clear definition of requirements (tested by real customer requirements) and timetables Experience managing to deliverables and milestones : on time / within budget / meeting business needs Organised and efficient in work processes Proactive and dynamic approach Very good command of English.
