Can you manage stakeholders with one hand while safely navigating projects with the other?Then we need you for our Tower and Foundation New Product Development Projects!How to contribute to our visionAs Project Manager you will get the end-to-end responsibility for your own development projects related to Tower and Foundation activities in the turbine package. As Project Manager you communicate the vision on the module level, are part of scoping the projects and aligning deliveries with key stakeholders throughout the project from start to handover. More specifically, your assignments will include:Alignment of high-level module direction and priorities with other modules and stakeholders.Leading, prioritizing, and creating the best possible environment for the teams.Execution and delivery of the assigned module project within the defined scope, requirements, plans, KPI's and relevant processes.Budget planning, tracking and realization. Risk, resource, cost and change management in close cooperation with project team.Prioritization, acting and deciding on escalated issues, communicate them and align the project status.Make firm agreements with other business functions delivering critical work and services to own module (e.g., MasterData, Certification, Procurement, HSE, Manufacturing).Managing and coordinating interfaces, a network of technical specialists and multiple stakeholders to realize customer solutions within and outside the tower and foundation area.You will as our Project Manager break-down and define the key deliverables. You will be in charge of the resource planning, make requests and align with the resource owners. You will ensure communication and reporting to the stakeholders as you also ensure project quality and compliance within the project team.What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for……A candidate with project management experience including execution of complex New Product Development (NPD) Projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in EngineeringYou have a proven record of accomplishmentsIt is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have documented your experience through relevant Project Management certification e.g. IPMA B/C, PMP/PMI.As a person you are engaging, proactive, resilient, motivating and a team player. You take responsibility for your work, and you possess strong analytical, coordination, communication and collaboration skills. Furthermore, you have commercial understanding, solid technical competencies, strong leadership skills and thrive in a dynamic environment. You thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
