Overview:The position is responsible for the oversight, coordination, execution, and communication of all aspects of the project between the company and the customer through acceptance and certification of the machine project and handoff to the Customer Care department. Will execute other additional duties as required**Responsibilities**:Responsible for developing project plans and schedules. Works with functional groups (Sales/PLM, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, Customer Care) to develop and assign tasks.Create Work Break Down structures and distill Milestones from it for each functional team. On weekly base review status of the milestones for each project.Visualize status and contribute to find solutions to keep projects on track in a pro-active & cost-effective manner.Plan and coordinate project installation as required with service customers and outside contractors.Responsible to verify final inspection and machine document status prior to shipping (for JBT & outsourced equipment)Responsible for effective customer communications throughout all phases of the project to customer signoff acceptance.Facilitate communications between cross company and functional teams to ensure that issues are identified and incorporated into schedules and processes, through all project phases.Effectively manage equipment suppliers and contractors:Ensure customer specifications are metPlan schedulesArrange and approve invoicesThrough customer acceptance.Responsible for follow up and monitoring of results cost/margin for each project.Ensures that costs, schedules and objectives are met.Create timely and accurate reports for internal and external customers according to established norms and procedures.Give feedback to Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Service on machines running in the field,to improve:- design- manufacturing process- installation- future quotationsQualifications:- This position requires a Bachelor or Masters in Engineering or related field.- Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of Project Management techniques and standards.- Demonstrated skills in organization and planning.- Good product knowledge of several product lines or work package groups.- Demonstrates effective leadership ability to work within a functional/matrixed team environment and contributes significantly to team performance.- Demonstrates interpersonal skills and effective communication- Demonstrates competent developed verbal, written and presentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
