Important about the vacancy: The position requires occasional travel to Italy and will primarily work on international projects, mostly from Italy. An advanced level of English or Italian is mandatory. Key Qualifications: A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering field.A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector.Exceptional management, coordination, and organizational skills.Comprehensive knowledge of the national photovoltaic/wind sector.Proficiency in English (B2 - C1 level). Responsibilities: Define clear and precise project scopes, outlining objectives, deliverables, and necessary resources.Effectively communicate project details to the team, ensuring understanding and alignment with project significance.Develop detailed plans including activity sequences, task durations, and resource allocation, ensuring project objectives are met.Set and communicate specific, measurable objectives for each task or project phase.Oversee ongoing tasks to ensure efficient progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.Proactively address unexpected issues or scope changes, identifying and implementing timely and effective solutions.
