We participate in projects related to hydrogen, biomass, biofuels, decarbonisation, artificial intelligence, digitization.The sustainable growth, decarbonization and energy transition are the concepts that represent our culture.Our high level of professionalism and commitment drive us to a permanent research to improve efficiency and sustainability and always in compliance with the law and aligned with the highest ethical standards.We are looking for Proposal Specialists, with previous experience on Process design or project management in order to be part of the development of Large International Projects within Oil&Energy field.Main responsabilities:Responsible for analyzing the Client's Invitation to Bid requirements and assuring its accomplishment.Establishing commercial strategies in the preparation of the proposal in order to gain competitiveness.Leading the preparation of the proposals, mainly related to Energy Transition projects, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team (engineering, procurement, construction, legal, fiscal, estimates, etc.).Managing communications with Clients, addressing and obtaining the necessary clarifications during the proposal preparation.Coordination/negotiation with partners, subcontractors and/or main suppliers.Supervising and monitoring proposals costs vs. budget.Preparing the commercial and administrative documentation, as well as assuring that the technical documentation is complete and adequate.Responsible for the timely and correct submission of the proposals.Conducting the subsequent proposal presentations and clarifications meeting to Client.Actively participating in the negotiations with the Client.Responsible for the duly transfer of documentation to Project team after award.Requirements:Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, or licensed in chemistry, industrial specialization.1 to 5 years as Proposal/Project Manager, preferably in the area of Energy Transition andRenewables, or in the area of petroleum refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas treatment and upstream.We value the experience in the process design and/or project engineering of these types of installations.Essential high level of English written and spokenAvailability to travel abroadWe offer:Salary depending on experience.Flexible timetable and 2 day remote work.Multicultural, international, and dynamic enviroment.Place of work: Madrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
