Valeo is a tech global company, designing breakthrough solutions to reinvent the mobility.We are an automotive supplier partner to automakers and new mobility actors worldwide.Our vision?Invent a greener and more secured mobility, thanks to solutions focusing on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions.We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Public Funding Controller Trainee responsabilities will be:Support in the projects that could receive a Tax Credit or GrantTo encourage Valeo Team (R&D Technical people in site) to get the information needed to complete the files to submit the different projectsSupport in prepare dossiers (Tax Credit & Grants) with consultants (applying all Valeo compliance rules)To apply the standard in Tax Deduction, in order to implement the same dossiers in all the Spanish plantsSupport preparing the dossier, analyze the cost of Activities, analyze the people and the suppliers, in order to get the BudgetTo Recopilate the technical Files in order to share with the consultant to complete the dossierTo follow up the completion of the dossiers until get the Entity Certificate or the GrantTo fill and complete the Monthly ReportTo prepare and follow the sign of GATA (Grant Accounting Treatment Approval)To prepare and follow the sign of FAR (Founding Authorization Request)Monitoring and control of the process for the approval / signing of projects and final certificationYour profile:- Industrial Engineering Bachelor Degree- Very good English Level in spoken and written and French valued- Results orientation, commitment to teamwork within an international environment- Professionalism and transparency
