This position is accountable for the coordination of operational activities in collaboration with In vitro Biologist Specialist and Director clinical Innovation & Skin Evaluation Supervise.Key Responsibilities- Clinical OperationsO Accountable for all clinical activities supervision,ensuring a smooth and proper realization of the project and activities to support formulation and claim validation as defined in Project plan / RoadmapO Coordinate in vitro activities in collaboration with In vitro Biologist Expert and Director clinical innovation & Skin EvaluationO Ensure a balance and proper dispatch of the projects and studies over the Clinical Operations resources.O Accountable for Clinical Operations budget, timeline and resources use to conduct the Clinical Operations program.O Accountable for conducting the clinical studies within the applicable regulatory environment.O Responsible for reporting any specific safety matters related to clinical activities to Manager and Safety group- Team ManagementO Manage and supervise Clinical Project Managers (CPM) activities in Europe, Asia, and functionally with US team.O Assess workloads / priorities if necessary and ensure an appropriate balance within the team.O Perform recruitment of new CPM,as needed.O Assist in the design and implementation of appropriate solutions and process improvements to enhance high quality activities and project outcomes.O Perform objectives setting and assessment at mid-year and year-of-the-end meetings with the team in Europe and Asia.O Communicate clearly and with motivation to the team and to management
