You will be based in Berga, Spain and report to the Quality Assurance Manager. You will be part of a Paulig Quality team based in our locations across Europe - Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will be responsible for implementing the processes that ensure food safety and consistent product quality, drive implementation and training of the quality and food safety and legal compliance processes on the sites.Supports daily operations with processes and knowledge that allows first time right mentality.What you will do : Support that Paulig procedures, legal and customer requirements are complied with in manufacturing.Ensure that the factories, production and manufactured products meet external and internal requirements, including legal (national and international) and standard compliance with customer expectations.Keep the food safety and quality management systems up to date.Work proactively with our processes to continuously improve Quality performance.Perform quality RCA's, risk assessments and production & warehouse control plans.Support coordination and support factory sites in audits performed by internal or external bodies, authorities and customers.Take actions & follow up for closing of any quality related non-conformances found during audits.Contribute to implementing Food Safety CulturePerform training of operators within quality and food safetyWhat we expect from you: Master's degree in Bioengineering /Food Science and Technology or equivalent2 years of experience in a similar position.Good analyzing and integrating capabilities.Knowledge about food safety management systems.Problem solving: acting on own initiative and implement solution.Advising and acquiring credibility with different stakeholders.Adopting a service orientation mindset, enabling & guiding others from own expertiseCooperation within and outside the own organization.Continuous learning, developing and solution orientated attitude.Spanish (fluent, both written and spoken), EnglishAt Paulig, we value every person as an individual and a professional and expect the same from you.
