Quality Engineer

¿What would you be doing in your day a day? ?Confirm and oversee customer claims, particularly those from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).Collaborate across departments to address issues and devise solutions.Assist Quality Management (QM) in maintaining quality standards when interacting with customers, focusing on response times and managing 8D documentation.Utilize problem-solving tools and customer-specific software.Record and track customer incidents in an internal database, monitoring customer websites for updates.Establish communication channels with customers via email or conference calls to exchange information.Document the progression of customer claims and part issues based on received claims.Generate specific documents and track ppm (parts per million) evolution on the customer's side to create process flow charts for incoming parts.Input customer claims into the database and monitor responses.Ensure the implementation of corrective actions.Monitor claimed parts and provide thorough reports to management regarding quality performance.Participate in customer audits at production line plants.Support the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) team.¿What do we need from you? ?Degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent.Expertise in production processes and technologies related to plastic injection.Auditor for process verification.Proficiency in Quality Management.Proficient in office programs such as Excel and Access.Fluent in English and Spanish, with knowledge of German, French, or Italian being valued.Excellent responsiveness, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with the 8D methodology.And, last but not least, what do we offer? ?Permanent contract with AbylsenOpen salary depending on the experience.Ticket restaurant.Private health insurance.Now...?? ¡TIME TO PRESS THE APPLY BUTTON! ??¡We can't wait to meet you!All our job offers are opened to the hiring of people with disabilities.
