As Project and Cost Managers, we have the opportunity to ensure that the project aligns with the needs of society, with the local community and contributes positively to the neighborhood.Now we are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor, BIM Specialist (Architecture), to become part of the Cost management team in our Madrid office. Our team provides project control and strategic advisory to help our clients complete complex projects on schedule and budget. Particularly we offer our clients specialist cost advice to give them confidence in the viability and profitability of their projects.The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:Extraction of quantities from Revit models and elaboration of Bill of QuantitiesKeep control of the information contained in models, creating a strategy for the codification of Revit families. Update the information continuously as the project progresses.Work together with Cost team to elaborate Cost Estimates using data bases of pricing or other data sources.Ability to elaborate high level estimations making assumptions to complete the information of the design.Work together with the Design team to produce specifications in different formats as required.Work together to Design team and other disciplines to produce different technical documents necessary to complete de design package.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering or related science.Fluent in English, written and spoken
