We continuously challenge our thinking and are empowered to dream big and take smart risks.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doManage GE Gas Power Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP), and Advanced Courses in Engineering (ACE).Manage technical, soft skills and leadership learning experiences, manage the Learning Management System, and ensure government compliance with legal training requirements.Lead, in close collaboration with medical area, NOM-035 Psychosocial risk factors norm efforts for the organization.Be responsible for collaboration with academia, industry, and government for our organization.What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline or another comparable technical field, with strong exposure to Engineering activities and having worked on one of the areas related to product development or services.Serve as People Leader for LATAM Edison Engineers and related Edison operations including recruitment, work rotation assignment, off-program job placement, performance management, Edison Engagement, budget planning and tracking.Work with Global ACE Leader to develop experts to support the course curriculum and form a qualified instructor network.Manage the ACE courses working with stakeholders in the Chief Engineer's office, HR, and Engineering functions to ensure students are identified and training objectives are met.Work with GE Gas Power Technical Learning Leader to implement contemporary learning concepts/strategies to drive engagement and foster information transfer. And to ensure the content and delivery of training materials are appropriately tailored to the specific audience (regional and local country considerations).Oversee the identification, creation, delivery and lifecycle management of new training content and instructors, internally and with local/regional external vendors.Manage the Learning Management System and comply with the legal training requirements by Secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social.Partner with Medical area in the implementation of NOM-035 processes, and ensure compliance with its requirements.Work with Program University Relations HTM as focal for university relationship and external engagement; This includes pursuit of external sources of funding for training-related activities from academic and governmental sources.What will make you stand outYou are someone who brings high standards of excellence, integrity, and look to address the learning needs for the overall technical and non-technical career paths.
