Define processes for our team design projects,
plan and execute tasks in an agile way. Analyze requirements and split them into specific task for each domain. Recruit and onboard new team members. Listen, coach and help engineers to find the way to succeed and grow. Responsible of create and maintain synergies with the rest of the areas in order to give and receive the proper support. Responsible of generate budgets for the testing devices we develop and for department internal costs. Responsible of software internal tools development for the rest of the area.
