In this position, you will support the development of projects and identify the budget for a specific functional area.In this role, you will be in charge of R&D Engineers in order to meet the requirements of product development projects.

Your responsibilitiesServing as a technical resource for internal and external contacts.Creating technology roadmaps and providing input regarding technology strategy planning.Planning and ensuring an optimal project portfolio for the team, and overseeing efficient project execution.Recommending, developing, and improving processes and procedures to enhance local operations.Applying appropriate development and quality standards, and monitors local product quality and change requests to identify issues.Evaluating local market requirements and innovation, and providing feedback on product, manufacturing and R&D strategies.Overseeing and assisting with transfer of technology and knowledge between internal partners.Contributing to technical bodies both inside and outside ABB, and promoting ABB's R&D internally and externally.Your backgroundMore than 5 years of experience in Automatic Mobile Robots, working as engineer or manager within a product development team.Sound knowledge of leadership, innovation, and problem solving for the automation market.Knowledge of technical construction files and safety regulations.A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.A engineer in technical field, preferable informatic or automation.Fluent in Spanish and English.The role and function request to be on site.BenefitsMeal allowanceFlexible work practicesCompany mobile phoneWellbeing programEmployee Share Acquisition PlanMore about usWe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
