Real Estate Finance Associate

TasksIn your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: • Financing transactions and processes for internationally located real estate
• Work in close coordination with other teams
• Obtain financing offers and term sheets and negotiate them
• Negotiate loan agreements
• Carry out risk assessments and recommend them to the internal investment committee for conclusion
• Cooperate in the provision of collateral
• Ensure the fulfilment of CP (Condition Precedent) and loan disbursement
• Review covenants and meet reporting obligations to lenders
• Maintain and expand our financing network
• Take care of the general management of financing commitments
RequirementsYou are the person we are looking for if: • You have experience within the market follow-up of a mortgage bank, or in the corporate finance of a real estate company or in the real estate advisory of an auditing company
• You have at least a C1 level of English (mandatory)
• You have a degree in Business Law, Business Administration or Law or in a similar area
• You have a strong service attitude
• You have good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
• You're precise, methodic, collaborative and solution-oriented
• You're based in Spain or are willing to relocate
