Real Estate Finance Associate

TasksIn your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: • Managing financing transactions for internationally located real estate
• Obtaining financing offers and term sheets, and negotiating them
• Negotiating loan agreements
• Carrying out risk assessments and recommending them to the internal investment committee for conclusion
• Cooperating in the provision of collateral
• Ensuring the fulfilment of CP (Condition Precedent) in M&A, as well as loan disbursement
• Reviewing covenants and meeting reporting obligations to lenders
• Maintaining and expanding the financing network
• Taking care of the general management of financing commitments
RequirementsYou are the person we are looking for if: • You have experience within the market follow-up of a mortgage bank, or in the corporate finance of a real estate company or in the real estate advisory of an auditing company • You have at least a C1 level of English
• You have a degree in Law, Business Law, Business Administration or similar
• You have good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
• You're precise, methodic, collaborative and solution-oriented
• You're based in Spain
