Key responsibilities First point of contact for new incoming leads, responsible for first screening calls Conduct interviews using various reliable and current recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates Schedule calls with Hiring Manager and Operational Leads with wow talents Elaborate on our recruitment roadmap and improve the candidate's journey from A to Z Source, recruit and screen candidates and assess their relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience Build a recruitment pipeline with customer experience specialists of different nationalities What you offer. You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a similar field (HR, communication, psychology, etc.) You speak English on a C1 level, any other language is a plus Hands on experience with various selection processes (video/interview/phone/reference check) Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods The ability to think out of the box and Wow our applicants What we offer. The internship: Minimum period of 5 months Full time internship of 39 hours a week (Monday-Friday) Working at our office close by the center of Valencia €250,- euros gross per month student stipend Reporting to Talent & Engagement Specialist
