Reviewing all the project documentation regarding the construction: Data sheets, construction plans, special specifications, indicating all the possible points that may generate problems in a specific phase and requesting all the necessary information, in due time and form, for the correct execution of the project.Reviewing the daily report going to the oil refinery operational departments, for the correct daily problem resolution and issuing the improvements report.Presenting the project planner with all the necessary measures for the elaboration of the work planning of the projects.Managing meetings with the supervision coordination area. Presenting proposals and improvements for the progress of the project in accordance with the scheduled dates.Issuing a report of the assessment of the technical offers in the offer request process.Learned lessons at the end of the projects. Issuing a report with a complete analysis including the economic diversions in comparison with the rest of the affected areas.
