Regional Demand Planner

You will join a Swiss international chemical industry company located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and be part of a professional multicultural team.During your day to day:-You will support the sales team with additional tools to manage customer feedback on demand planning issues.-You will work closely with supply planning to manage upcoming issues and escalations.-You will ensure effective communication of relevant demand changes to the supply planning team-You will coordinate the phase-in/out process including supply transfers in terms of sales FC-You will enhance existing demand planning tool with new functionality, easier to use,...-You will ensure that demand planning processes are completed in line with expectations (KPI's).-You will help redefine the existing demand planning process to optimize FC accuracyYou are the person we are looking for if:- You have 5 experience years or more.- You have an engineering supply chain degree or demand planning specialization degree.- You have fluent written and spoken english- You have strong analytical skills- You have negotiation and interpersonal skills- You are able to delegate and take clear action- You have Excel knowledge, enjoy numbers, logic and analytical thinking, reporting tools (BW, APO DP, SAP, Celonis)- You have people management skills- You have analytical skillsOur client offers:- 50.000 Euros/Year- Bus-transportation to the company from Barcelona- Pension plan- Growth in the company- 1 day hybrid per week- Canteen- Flexible entry timeManuel ******(+34) 93 231 00 00
