Regional Executive - EMEA page is loaded Regional Executive - EMEA Apply locations San Sebastian time type Full time posted on Posted 5 Days Ago job requisition id JR-041597 Key Responsibilities include (not limited to): Maintain ongoing communication with markets and within team Facilitate communication with aligned market contacts: Brand Managers & Marketing Managers (but not exclusive to) on a regular basis (i.e monthly performance monitoring and WIP preparation)Support Regional Managers with engagement & communication with Regional Director & BAT Director (i.e monthly team WIPs)Category & Market Analysis In association with the Strategy Team and Regional Managers, proactively use market data to undertake category, range, and segment analysis to identify opportunities and distribution gapsLiaise with relevant internal departments to share learnings and strengthen relationshipsWith the Markets, monitor and assess competitor activityAttend relevant meetings with markets and present data as requiredNordics Tender process co-ordination Coordination of material required for Nordics monopoly markets tenders and lobbying process: technical product information (ABV, blend components, residual sugar level, etc.), cogs, marketing assets. + certifications + samples from PRW internal stakeholders.Finalise migration of tender process to inSPIRE platform (key stakeholder training; feedback to innovation team); coordinate tender process through new Inspire platformTender submission reportingInternal Engagement Global Brand Marketing:Assist Markets and Regional Managers in ensuring request for assets are reviewed and delivered by the Global Brand to agreed timelinesLiaise with Markets and Global Brand team to coordinate assets between markets to drive efficienciesStrategy:Support Regional Managers with strategic planning for key marketsBAT:Support visitation team with coordination of brand home visits in collaboration with Global Brand AmbassadorLiaise with Regional Executive ASIA to ensure efficiencies and synergies across the 2 regionsMaintain up to date team travel calendarMarkets:Support Regional Managers when required, for specific projects, tasks or analysis, and communicate directly with relevant marketFinancial Support Liaise with PRW Finance Team to ensure the required information is received to proceed with NPD launches, COG's updates, and market reviews.Liaise with PRW Finance and the Markets to track and process BOI to support market growth.
 Market Management Administration Ensure that relevant paperwork (MET process, delistment process, sample requests etc.) are submitted in a timely and accurate manner the business and communicated to the market and Regional ManagersLiaise with relevant Market team members as required by the Regional ManagersAd Hoc analysis as required by Regional Managers and Regional DirectorsProvide Support Role for Regional Managers (travel bookings, itineraries, presentations etc.)Skills / Qualifications / Experience: Essential: Desirable: Proven account management experience in an FMCG, Wine or Spirit CompanyTertiary qualifications in a business-related fieldExperience in dealing with customersExperience in working with analytical software (scan data)Understanding of Category Management and consumer buying behaviour trendsStrong work experience within Liquor industry // Wine & Spirits industryExperience in planning and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyse numbers and take a recommended course of actionKnowledge of Liquor industry customer dynamics and consumer behaviour // Wine & Spirits industryStrong analytical skills and competence with MS Office softwareExposure to selling role as an account manager within FMCG industryPlanning and organisational skillsPrepared to move interstate or overseas for career progressionFluent EnglishSpanishAttention to detail and meeting deadlinesAspiration to progress to Regional Manager as a next roleTime management skillsAbility to cope in ambiguous environment, work under pressure and prioritise tasksGood business and financial acumentJob Posting End Date:
