Here, you will make an impact by:Leading, developing and coaching the team with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and consistency; determine team priorities, timelines, and assignments to best support business needsGuiding team in setting strategic direction and oversight of design/execution of medical education programs supporting 3M solutions within supported regionsLeveraging knowledge of pre-clinical, clinical, and economic data, techniques, and healthcare dynamics in assigned regions/therapeutic areas; maintain current understanding of general trends in medicine and peer-to-peer educationDeveloping and owning relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers and strategically leverage these relationships to advance messaging, impact, and influence; Fostering strong relationships with key internal partners to ensure continuous alignment and drive impactful results.Driving continuous process improvement and ongoing enhancement of program formats, agendas, and logistics using meaningful measures of success to drive decisions.Using advanced problem-solving skills with ability to develop solutions for multi-faceted, interrelated, and complicated problems requiring strong analytical skills and ability to assess core issue(s), analyze data and identify appropriate solutionsDemonstrating a strong commitment to both corporate and Global Medical Sciences (GMS) operations, principles, and values.
