How to contribute to our vision * Develops appropriate data management tools to register and track record the non-financial information, following the IT demand procedures. * Coordinates with non-financial data owners/departments to obtain the required information in a standardized manner. * Ensures the non-financial key performance indicators (kpis) are collected in the system and obey to an audit proof model. * Documents the data collection processes in the appropriate company procedures. * Prepares non-financial dashboards of key performance indicators (kpis). * Participates in the audit process to non-financial information and reports. * Provides training in her/his area of expertise when necessary. * Supports to the Siemens Energy Group in the implementation of the various regulatory needs coming from the implementation of the EU Taxonomy regulation, IFRS sustainability standards (ISSB) , the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) regulations.
