Numbered amongst our clients are some of the leading names in the proprietary and generic plant protection, biocides, fertilisers, plant biostimulants and biopesticide industries.At Kerona Scientific we continually strengthen our existing team to ensure we provide a comprehensive regulatory service to our clients worldwide.**The Role**:**Hours**: 40 hours per week**Salary**: commensurate with experience**Location**: Spain (exact location flexible)**Main responsibilities include**:- Liaison with clients, regulatory authorities, consultants and test facilities with respect to regulatory queries- Preparation and submission of regulatory documentation to European regulatory authorities, follow-up after submission to monitor progress, response to queries to ensure that regulatory approvals are granted without undue delay- Commissioning of testing for regulatory purposes, liaising with test facilities/consultants- Preparation of risk assessments to support product registrations- Review of upcoming industry guidance documents, providing recommendations or conclusions as appropriate**Essential Skills and Competencies**:- Recognised 3rd level scientific qualification in biochemistry, toxicology or ecotoxicology (MSc or PhD an advantage)- Previous experience in a plant protection product or biocides regulation role a distinct advantage- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise- Ability to work on own initiative- Ability to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently- Excellent attention to detail- Good time management- Fluency in English- Proficiency at a business level in another language is a distinct advantage - in particular we welcome those with European language skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: 30,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
