That's right, you.What you'll be doing Producing and reviewing current regulatory reports, including capital, financial, liquidity, resolution, statistical returns, and Pillar III reportsSupporting the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring all regulatory reporting requirements are being metAssessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for all reporting areasParticipating in bank examinations and internal and external auditsCommunicating issues with appropriate data ownersMonitoring issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions are achievedStaying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact and ensuring compliance for accurate reportingWorking closely with colleagues in Technology, Treasury, Risk, Finance, etc. to ensure regulatory reporting and decision support is of the highest standardWhat you'll need 3+ years of experience in a compliance or reporting function for a bank, or as a consultant/auditor in a Big 4 (or similar environment) for financial servicesExperience working with financial reporting for banks, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity, Resolution, or statistical reportingStrong analytical and numerical skillsThe ability to make sense of regulation and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports, as well as enhance existing onesA self-starter, independent working attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environmentStrong organisation skills to help plan and deliver to tight deadlines with close attention to detailNice to have Experience working with financial regulators and IFRS accounting standardsExperience in regulatory policyExperience in software or IT platform change initiativesExperience in project and people managementCompensation range Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
