As a Representative Agent you will welcome and assist the customer during their holidays offering them a marvellous experience in Palma. The ideal candidate will also solve any queries they might have being able to solve them and help them make the most out of their holidays.The main responsibilities are: Offer our excursions and other services to the customers. Establishing and maintaining relationships with local hoteliers and providers. Support our customers with their issues or queries. Support to the assistance of customers at the airport and their transport from the airport to the hotel. Provide the customers all the information they may need. Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office Requisitos Minimum experience of one year in a similar position or a degree in tourism. Customer service oriented. Good communication skills. Hold a driving license cat. B. Advanced level of English & Finnish is necessary Be familiar with standard office applications Flexible working schedule.
