Req ID Madrid, SpainAbout the teamAs part of our T&B Div CVS team located in Madrid (Spain), the resident Engineer & Technical Sales Expert, will be in charge to support our T&B customers for all ZF-CVS related products.He / she will work close to the customer providing outstanding technical sales & support to the customer / region / assigned.He / she will stablish firsthand connectivity to customer engineering, as well fast onsite problem solving, diagnostics, immediate support.He / she will be the ZF ambassador at the customer site.What you can look forward to as Resident Engineer & Technical sales support (m / f / d)Drive RFI and RFQ process, prepare and negotiate development contractsEnsure and provide outstanding sales & technical support to the customer / region / assigned product(s)Ensure alignment with customer engineering, practice connectivity and networkingAnalyze customer requirements / specificationsTranslate the VOC into the customer team, PL, functionsIdentifying opportunities (new technical areas, customer insight, translate mindsets)Support the Account Team in case of need (urgencies, pre-informing matters, etc.)ZF product handling / support (prototypes, projects, samples, facilitate SOP / PPAP)Provide technical expertise and guidance for ZF products in customer system environment, e.g., on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, product variation managementSupport product applications, testing, validationsOffer diagnostic support to customerYour profile as Resident Engineer & Technical sales support (m / f / d)SkillsPresentation & negotiation skillsBusiness Acumen & market knowledgeExperience in product engineering, product backgroundPreferably experienced in vehicle function and product development / testingExperience in technical coordination, project managementBroad knowledge on systems, components, system architecturesKnowledge of local customer language preferredTraining / Studies :Technical degree (Engineer)At least 5 years' experience handling / support (prototypes, projects, samples)High English levelTechnical support product (applications, testing, validations) experience in the automotive industryComputer skills (Office, Internet, email,).
