The Resource Manager will help manage and optimize the organization's resources and deliver resource management support to the business. This role will also contribute to resourcing strategy for the organization and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to improve company performance. On a day-to-day basis, the Resource Manager is responsible for executing all staffing processes and activities further defined below.Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:Oversee the allocation and assignment of global resources (both full time and contractor staff) to the appropriate projects, placing the right people in the right positions to ensure project success, across the PFMORD enterpriseOptimize utilization across the business units by making staffing recommendations and decisions in support of a deployment strategyWork with senior leadership to understand key resource requirements and ensure the development of resourcing strategies to meet both current and future organizational needsFocus on developmental opportunities for staff and plans for staff advancementEvaluates opportunities for resource optimization and enhancement using specific tracking tools and integration into the company ERP systemAdvise project teams and financial analysts on how to best navigate and employ the resource management process and provide recommendations to improve business performanceContribute to budgeting and forecasting activities on an ongoing and annualized basis to maximize value for the companyCoordinate hiring plan execution with Human Resources and Finance to ensure appropriately prioritized hiringPrepare metrics and summary reports on resourcing activities as necessaryNegotiate and resolve staffing conflicts to the satisfaction of all parties and identify creative alternatives to address identified issuesEscalate sensitive or high-risk staffing situations to the Business Operations leadership and Executive Team as necessaryOther duties as assignedThis position can be offered fully home based
