Intermediate to excellent English 4. Equipped with server hospitality knowledge which includes • Remember orders and menu prices • Greet all guests politely and attentively • Suggest upselling • Carry the meal from the kitchen to the table • Clean and setting the tables • Deal with several tables at once • Print off the bill, take payment by cash, debit or credit card and give change and the receipt • Ensure all equipment is in good and hygienic working condition • Prepared for the cultural event/activity if any 5.
