Retail Sales And Product Trainer (M/W)

Would you like to put your experience, expertise and passion for retail to good use by running sales and product training courses? As part of our expansion, we're recruiting our future Retail Sales & Product Trainer (M/W) on a permanent contract, based in France or abroad.As a real sales and product expert, your tasks will be based around : - Training and coaching teams in American Vintage sales techniques, knowledge of collections and products, and mastery of our digital tools in French and English. - Running face-to-face and distance masterclasses via teams & klaxoon. - Designing dedicated training materials: pdf, canva, etc. - Presenting the collections internally (head office, regional coordinators and managers). - Participating in the opening of our stores outlets in France and abroad Profil We're looking for someone based in a major city to facilitate business travel (Paris, Barcelona, Brussels....).Your strong fashion sensibility and commercial sense, your passion for transmission and your teaching skills will be strong assets to succeed in this position. You also have strong leadership skills that will enable you to inspire, motivate and lead a group towards the objectives set. Flexible, responsive, autonomous and able to take on new challenges, you will be able to put forward proposals for the deployment of new training tools that are fun and inspiring. Initial experience in training and retail in the field is a plus. You will be comfortable using IT tools (excel, power point, video editing). Professional English is required. Business travel in France and Europe (2 to 3 days a week).INDAMVCompétences English
