Combining our legacies to form a unique vision. **Creating our industry's first global bridal group.** Using our expertise, creativity, and breadth to transform how the business of bridal is done today and shaping how it's done in the future.Mission:The position based in Headquarters but requires visiting our retail stores to work closely with our retail team on a regular basis (70% of the time on stores).About the role:- Be an ambassador of Pronovias Group and the point of contact of the Retail store teams with Headquarters in training related topics.- Ensure the training will be reflected upon the analysis of retail store KPI's, sales, mystery shoppers reports and customer feedback.- With the help of the Senior Retail Operations Manager and Voice of Customer, you will leverage NPS results and coach store team members supporting the stores to address root cause of dissatisfaction.- Observe interactions with clients on the floor and through active listening and questioning, you will coach individual team members to develop their selling skills and enhance the client experience they deliver.- Provide on-going feedback to Store Managers/HR on the performance/progress of individual team members.- In collaboration with Product & Merchandising team, you will actively facilitate product training, including new launches, for store population. A special focus on cross-selling and up selling will be held.- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training via follow up, partnering with the Store Management team.- Identify potential and empower the in-store training champions to maintain an active shop floor presence and to observe subsequent implementation and retention of training contents.- Follow and respect the training budget defined by the Global Retail Director.- Participate and support Point of Sales brand activations, promotions and other events.- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all the stakeholders (retail, marketing, HR, IT, )- Ensure a consistent on-boarding for new starters in the store teams while liaising with HR to ensure proactive planning for new employees and giving feedback on progress to the individual, their Manager and HR during the on-boarding.- Elevate the customer experience in the stores and ensure to drive an excellent customer service.- BSc in Business management, Journalism, Communication and/or Marketing.- Training coordination skills and experience.- Previous experience in a similar position.- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).- Goal orientated with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.- Organized and detail oriented with planning and organizational skills.- Effective and proficient oral & written communication and presentation/training delivery skills in Spanish and English, the knowledge of French and Italian will be considered as a plus.- Excellent knowledge of retail quality service, customer experience and the customer journey.- Excellent reporting skills.- Ability to encourage and motivate people.WHAT DOES PRONOVIAS GROUP OFFER?- Ethical workplace environment that embraces the diversity that makes us special.- Having to opportunity to join our CSR strategy focused on women empowerment, environmental sustainability, and community impact.- Benefits to improve work-life balance: work from home policy.- Possibility to join our flexible remuneration plan which includes health insurance, transport tickets, nursery school tickets and training related to our business.- Company canteen with subsidized meals and breakfasts.- Team building activities to promote our companies' values: respect, innovation. empowerment, performance driven and teamwork.
