You ll act as second line of defense supporting controls and risks owners.As a Risk and Compliance Expert your main responsibilities will involveProvide consultancy and advisory to projects and services (control owners) on mitigation of risks and control implementation leading to effective IT risk management.Assists projects to identify and align business with technical capabilities, design security controls and test their effectiveness ensuring the product implemented addresses both business and security needs.Applies and supports IT cybersecurity, risk and compliance technologies leading to higher adoption rates.Assists Risk management with consolidated dashboard, performing assessment of control frameworks and gap analysis.Proactively engage with technology and Service management, Project Management Office, Data Management, Enterprise Architecture to define, implement and execute Security compliance from AI & DBI Services.Drives implementation of IT security, risk and compliance technologies leading to an overall reduction of risk and carries out control assurance for IT service providers, ensuring control implementation and identifying broader systemic issues.Follow defined security policies and guidelines to ensure information security and highlight any potential discrepancy.Support audit executions.Your Skills and ExperienceAs a Security Expert your skills and qualifications will ideally include :Bachelor's degree, Master degree or Technical Diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in ITConsultancy in security / compliance / risk domainsDelivery in complex organizationsPrior experience working in a financial services environment desirable, preferably insurance.Model behaviors that demonstrate commitment to corporate values.Data management and data architectureStrong IT knowledge in Platform & Infrastructure Architecture, Data model, reporting / BI & AI solutionsSolid knowledge of ITIL Framework, audit & compliance (ISO 27001 & 27002, ITGC, ICFR / SOX, ), information governance (GDPR ), CRISC, CISMInsurance industry understanding would be highly beneficial, preferably understanding of Zurich businessEffective communication, presentation and relationship management skills at different levels in a multicultural environment,Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages beneficial#J-18808-Ljbffr
