You will ensure Fever's production proactively assesses and manages risks associated with corporate security and experience production. This is a role that will require proactivity, autonomy, drive and a good deal of project management, and may offer the opportunity to obtain exposure to increasing responsibility functions. You will be supported and coordinating with other key Fever stakeholders.You will be expected to:Support the creation and development of a corporate security framework, including protocols, policies and processes; Deliver global risk assessments, enhancing security implementation programs and collecting stakeholders feedback; Engage with the different teams creating awareness and a security culture; Coordinate and/orparticipate in crisis and incident management; Connect with the different regions, improving information networks and partnering relationships.ABOUT YOUIn order to be successful in this role, you will:Have 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate security/intelligence/crisis management/risk managementSpeak fluent English, with fluency in other languages a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Portuguese)Have an analytical mindset with excellent research skills, and previous knowledge of security incident managementBring emotional intelligence to work and the ability communicate effectively with very varied internal and external stakeholders, specially during sensitive situationsTranslate complex concepts into easily understood principlesPossess strong time management skills and have ownership over work entrusted to youBe comfortable handling highly confidential and sensitive informationYou can expect to join a lovely team of diverse, hardworking and kind professionals, where a cultural fit is someone looking to have an impact and work nimbly.
