OBJETIVOSColaborar y dar soporte activamente el equipo comercial SME (Manual Rated segment), principalmente en los procesos de Tarificación y Renovación de cartera, focalizando sus esfuerzos, en el análisis técnico de siniestros, productos y condiciones de adhesión que sirvan de soporte al equipo comercial y técnico. Se valora muy positivamente experiencia previa en proponer mejoras de reportes, eficacia en la gestión de bases de datos y automatización de funciones.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
Tarificación y Renovación para la Suscripción de Ramo Asistencia Sanitaria en colaboración con el equipo UW & Actuarial EU.Dar soporte a la red comercial. Segmento SMEColaborar con el equipo técnico en la identificación de riesgos y oportunidades en los análisis efectuados y definir plan de acción.Seguimiento de las Guías Internacionales de Suscripción de la Compañía.FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA
Licenciado y/o Máster en carreras técnicas (Actuarial, Estadística, Matemáticas, Analista datos…).
Deseable con experiencia previa en Compañía de Seguros No vida, en el área de suscripción con mínimo 1-2 años.
CAPACIDADES
Como requisitos indispensables:
-Muy buen conocimiento de gestión de bbdd (paquete office nivel avanzado)
-Dominio Ingles (alto). Nivel mínimo C1
-Persona dinámica, con ganas de colaborar en entornos internacionales y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
