We are constantly evolving by improving what we have from the past, making it more solid, better performing, and well tested. We also constantly monitor our echo-system to make sure it's healthy with metrics and checkers. We also deal very often with other teams, and connect the Ruby core with many other services (Elixir, Java, ...) through RabbitMq, Redis, Webhooks, etc...We are also updating our Rails version right now in order to be able to keep up with modern versions as they come.
