You will drive initiatives in the areas of talent management, organizational design, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation planning and change leadership. You can be based anywhere in Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Vice President Sales, EMEA in developing and implementing HR strategies which support the overall Business strategy and organization.Provide HR solutions support, process knowledge advice and consultation to assigned client groups.Act as a strategic partner in developing roadmaps to accomplish business goals.Demonstrated experience in organizational design, partnering with the business as consultant and change agent.Subject matter authority in areas of HR policies and processes.Mentor managers and leaders on issues including restructuring, investigations and other complex employee issues.Conduct compensation analysis in partnership with COE's to resolve local compensation needs and actions.Works with talent acquisition team, to drive recruitment efforts.Partners with collaborators or a leadership team to review and analyze employee survey results and identify priority areas for improvement, enabling managers to implement action plans to improve and sustain efficient involvement levels among colleagues.Ensures alignment of HR processes (Performance Management and Development (PMD), Performance Calibration, Compensation Planning, etc.) with strategic and operating goals.Supports the HR platforms (i.e., talent acquisition, compensation) with large scale initiatives.Education- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.- Master's degree or MBA preferred.Experience- Must have 8+ years of experience in various aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations and organizational development, and or business partnering.- Experience working in different countries and understanding labor laws generally across Europe.- Exposure to process improvement efforts (i.e. six Sigma, practical process improvement) preferred.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Business Insight with the ability to translate business and HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization and adapt quickly to changing business needs.- Strong analysis, problem solving, decision making, and influencing skills.- Strong process improvement orientation.- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues.- Ability to collaborate and use the network.- High degree of autonomy and strong decision-making skills.- Strong Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.- Influences business decisions through advice and counsel with leaders and cross-functional partners.- Routinely makes decisions based on limited information.
