Project ManagerEn ViiV Healthcare buscamos un/a Project Manager que se incorpore a nuestro equipo. Este puesto será clave para el éxito de ViiV Healthcare ya que se encargará de supervisar la excelente ejecución de las iniciativas desarrolladas por el departamento.Requerirá interactuar con todas las áreas de negocio y los diferentes equipos, lo que permitirá aprender sobre el área del VIH. Buscamos personas trabajadoras, optimistas y que busquen demostrar sus habilidades en gestión de proyectos en una posición que implicará un alto nivel de interacción con toda la empresa.Se trata de una posición temporal.Responsabilidades clave:• Liderar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos,garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos (alcance, tiempo, presupuesto, recursos y calidad).• Identificar, involucrar y gestionar la participación de los miembros de los equipos, asegurando que existe un plan de comunicación eficaz.• Garantizar que los objetivos del proyecto y de negocio estén alineados. Trabajar con cada líder de proyecto para garantizar que el proyecto siempre esté alineado con los objetivos comerciales.• Trabajar con líderes de proyectos para garantizar que las reuniones se ejecuten de manera efectiva.• Actuar como mentor y modelo a seguir para los equipos, ayudándoles a integrar metodologías de gestión de proyectos y buenas prácticas de trabajo.• Ser responsable de planes de portfolio: desarrollar mensajes, materiales y tácticas de portfolio que permitan avanzar hacia el posicionamiento y objetivos buscados. Liderar los proyectos e implementar las actividades del plan. Representar al equipo local en la network europea. Planificar y gestionar Congresos y reuniones de terceros.Requisitos:• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos,incluyendo el diseño, planificación, e implementación de un proyecto, así como herramientas y técnicas para la gestión de problemas y riesgos, la toma de decisiones y la presentación de informes.• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, priorizando tareas y recursos de manera efectiva.• Buenas habilidades interpersonales.• Habilidades de escucha avanzadas. Capaz de interpretar las necesidades y puntos de vista de las personas y manejarlos proporcionando soluciones adecuadas.• Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo, con capacidad de influir eficazmente dentro del equipo.• Competencias para trabajar con dinámicas de equipo y principios de liderazgo.• Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido para ocuparse de situaciones complejas y novedosas, realizando las preguntas necesarias para la comprensión.• Habilidades analíticas con experiencia en análisis y visualización de datos.• Conocimiento sobre metodologías de gestión de proyectos, como Agile, Waterfall o enfoques híbridos.• Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office.Valorable:• Valorable conocimiento de herramientas y software de gestión de proyectos, como Microsoft Project, Asana o Jira.• Interés por la innovación digital y sus aplicaciones prácticas.• Aptitud o experiencia para guiar y mentorizar la gestión de proyectos, la mejora continua y los Fundamentos de GSK (ADP WoW).Job Posting end date: 02/04/2024ViiV Healthcare is a company 100% focused on HIV that is majority owned by GSK, a global biopharma organization.
