About Buynomics: "How will changes to my pricing, promotions, or packaging affect the sales of my products?" This is a crucial question for all consumer goods companies. Buynomics has developed Virtual Shopper technology, which answers this question using an AI-based set of SaaS tools. Today, most companies, even global enterprises, attempt to answer the question with gut feeling and Excel sheets. Our goal is to enable companies to make data-driven, transparent, and customer-centric commercial decisions. For that, we built an operating system for commercial decisions that provides companies with a single source of truth to answer all their market-facing questions including pricing, product offers, and promotions.
Buynomics is a startup/scaleup based in Cologne, Germany. Employees and Customers span four continents. The company offers unique large-scale simulation technology to predict consumer purchase behavior.
What you'll do: Combine cold calling, email & LinkedIn, etc. to reach out to prospects and generate curiosity about Buynomics and the value it can provide to their businessPartner with the Account Executives to work on target accounts and generate early stage pipelineSource new leads and hold qualification calls to qualify leads, for Ideal Customer Profile fitContinue to develop, and adopt new, innovative ways of engaging prospectsWork closely with the Marketing and Sales team to build an early-stage revenue pipeline for the companyMeet and exceed quarterly targets for new meetings with prospectsStay up-to-date with product knowledge, customer challenges, industry news, and the latest developmentsWhat you'll need: At least 2+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar customer-facing roleWe are looking for competitive, self-motivated, and driven individuals who can work independently, manage their time efficiently, and deliver resultsConfidence to speak about Buynomics, uncovering challenges, and overcoming objections over the phone; cold- and "warm" calling will play a big role in being successful in this roleHands-on mentality, proactive approach, and ability to challenge the status quo continuously; we love learning from each other and building best practices to boost the success of the entire team!Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking proficiency in English is required, German or any other European language has a distinctive advantageWhat we prefer: Prior experience with Sales tools (Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator) and maintaining CRM hygiene (Hubspot)Experience in a (seed-stage) Startup or SaaS/Cloud/Technology environmentCompleted Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related areaTrack record of achieving academically, in sports or extracurricularsWhat we offer: Dynamic and challenging startup environmentInternational and diverse work environmentA hybrid work modelFull onboarding supportA flat organizational structureOpportunities to develop your skills with our employee development & education budgetWe offer culture & integration benefits, as well as health & fitness benefitsCompetitive compensationBuynomics is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
