As we continue to expand our operations and penetrate new markets, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team. Position Overview:The Sales and Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our solar energy solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, creating pricing proposals, and promoting our products and services to prospective customers. The Sales and Marketing Lead will collaborate closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, optimize sales processes, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy and Execution:· Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets & maximize market penetration· Identify new business opportunities and target markets for solar energy solutions, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.· Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building· Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close and secure deals.2. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate inbound leads, and drive engagement.· Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content, to showcase our products and services.· Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and drive traffic to our website.· Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to evaluate campaigneffectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.3. Pricing and Proposal Creation:· Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies and structures for solar energy solutions, taking into account costs, market trends, and competitive positioning.· Create customized pricing proposals and quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy,competitiveness, and alignment with customer needs and budget constraints.· Work closely with engineering and operations teams to gather technicalspecifications, project requirements, and cost estimates to incorporate into proposals.· Present proposals to clients, addressing questions, addressing objections, and negotiating terms to secure agreements.4. Client Relationship Management:· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.· Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and foster long-term partnerships.5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:· Analyze market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the solar energy industry.· Review competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to inform our sales and marketing strategies and differentiate our products and services.· Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies to anticipate market changes and capitalize on new opportunities.6. Team Collaboration and Leadership:· Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives and alignment with business objectives.· Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.· Mentor and coach team members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities. Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.· Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the renewable energyor technology industry.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport,negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.· Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics,including digital marketing techniques and CRM systems.· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and drawactionable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and deliveringexceptional customer experiences.· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurialenvironment.Location:This position is based in Pasig, Philippines.
