ROLE DESCRIPTIONYour responsibility is to guide our customers through their purchase process across multiple channels, in phone, text and email conversations. Selling an innovative technology product, you transmit the clarity and reassurance that customers are looking for, and explain to them the many advantages of self-generated renewable energy.While your focus will be on the Portuguese market, you help out occasionally also with Spanish or English speaking customers.REQUIRED SKILLSPassion for fighting climate change and promoting renewable energiesYou worked a minimum of 2 years in consumer sales (phone, online, in-person)Experience working in early stage D2C tech companies or PV installation companies is a huge plusYou excel in talking as well as in listening, and can smile through the phoneYou can naturally manage chat multiple conversations in parallelStrong motivation to work in a startup environmentDegree in Business Administration or Electrical EngineeringAble to deliver excellent results under time constraints and shifting targetsSolid knowledge of CRMs, Google Workspace and Slack requiredNative or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese from Portugal, excellent Spanish and English language skillsWHAT WE OFFERFull time employment, based at our HQ in San Sebastian de los Reyes, Madrid.
