PURPOSE As a Sales Director, the person is the overall responsible for the Elopak performance in the particular market(s). The purpose is to set and achieve sales targets. The person is the main head of all commercial activities in the market and takes the overall lead to existing and new clients. The Sales Director holds long-lasting relationships at customer top level and acts as the liaison between key customers and internal teams. Moreover, as a Sales Director this person ensures the smooth interaction of the Market Unit with Corporate (HQ), Regional and other local Units leading with integrity the KAM's or/ and Sales Managers in line with the Elopak guidelines and policy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for setting business plans (Sales / Prospecting) for local Sales to follow. This considering the present market trends, regulation evolution and business models. This includes as well, identifying and developing new approaches to potential customers. Achieving the agreed sales targets and outcomes on time is the goal. Responsible for identifying and developing new approaches to potential customers and retail, as well as for establishing, sustaining and optimizing the Elopak/Customer relationship aiming always to increase customer satisfaction through the delivery of the products and services offered on time. Has negotiation authority in the presales process and when closing sales cases in relation to offer/demand prices, always ensuring that these follow the negotiated settlements and leading these to completion, aligned with Elopak's policies and guidelines. Furthermore, these will also be in line with the Director Market Area's input and feedback. Responsible for managing the sales process through e.g. the composing of proposals and the targeting of potential new consumer audiences to expand the sales network to support new and existent customers. Support the presales activities through e.g. customer presentations and product demonstrations. This serves the purpose of new customer's acquisition and customer's further bonding, keeping them inform of new releases or product improvements. Create and ensure transparency within the market development, providing and analyzing strengths and weaknesses in the business with e.g. analyses on sales and market territory, forecasts, estimations and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Work together and communicate in an efficient way with other internal Elopak Teams to achieve a strong customer's support. Including also the expedition of the resolution of customer problems and complains. Lead the Key Account Managers team in Market Unit Spean. Setting goals and objectives to ensure the team's qualitative development in competence and motivation. Responsible for thriving employees for their further professional development and strengths the positive working environment Gather and share relevant information about Customer's vision and future needs to take into consideration when developing Elopak's product portfolio (Business / Competitive Intelligence with a strong focus on sustainability and technology). QUALIFICATIONS Master in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar academic background 10 to 15 years of professional experience in similar roles in multinational organizations Fluent in Spanish and English. Any other European languages are highly valuable PERSONAL PROFILE Solution-oriented thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation, negotiation and general sales skills Knowledge of CRM Systems, reporting functionalities and analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
